Here's Another on Chacha

I got hooked on the Juana Change videos. It may not be a purely Ilonggo thing but I guess the issue also affects the lives of the Ilonggos. Personally, I believe that some amendments are needed in the present constitution but the manner in which the changes will be made is something that we should all think deeply about. What I am scared of is that this charter change will be used by some individuals to perpetuate themselves in power and for other personal motives. Juana Change makes us think.
